Day to Day

The Go-to-Market Integrations team enables platforms that help our business users - primarily Sales, Customer Success, and SBS teams - by seamlessly integrating services and data from Indeed’s ecosystem with internal and third-party platforms critical to daily operations. Our team is primarily responsible for managing services that ensure the smooth flow of data in and out of the Salesforce system, along with various other SaaS platforms. Our integration engineers work closely with Product and Engineering teams across the company to analyze data structures, navigate business complexities, and address integration needs, designing solutions that follow a microservices-driven and API-led approach.
Our systems are very large in scale and high-performing. You will work in a team of extremely talented software engineers, integration architects, and product managers.. You will regularly be partnering with teams outside of your team and your organization, to make progress on critical projects.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs using industry standards (e.g., REST, GraphQL).
Develop integration solutions to link applications, systems, and databases across cloud and on-premises environments.
Work with key partners to identify integration needs and define & develop integration architecture.
Must be willing to learn, adjust and utilize a middleware platform such as Mulesoft.
Create comprehensive Design and KB documentation, including specifications, usage guidelines, Mock/Load/Performance & Regression tests.
Proactively monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and apply improvements and ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security requirements.
Respond to Monitoring alerts promptly, Debug and resolve API and integration issues to ensure seamless system operations.
Aid API consumers and take part in in evangelizing & guiding other teams with their integration challenges
Skills/Competencies

Bachelors in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics or related fields.
5+ years of experience in API development, with proficiency in tools and technologies such as Postman, Swagger, and OpenAPI
Exceptional programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or .NET.
At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise Integration and Middleware solutions, including API lifecycle management, solution design, and integration frameworks.
Extensive expertise in API-led development, with the ability to build interfaces using messaging systems, pub-sub models, and databases.
Experience with at least one integration platform (e.g., Mulesoft, Talend, Boomi, Apigee) and a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
Experience integrating platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Service Mesh, Fabric Architectures, custom applications, and other SaaS applications using an Integration platform, such as Mulesoft.
Experience with CI/CD implementation, utilizing tools such as JUnit, Reaver, Jenkins, Git/GitLab, Stash, and Jira.
Excellent knowledge of key concepts such as security, high availability engineering, containerization, and serverless computing.Readiness to learn and use Integration Platforms, such as Mulesoft & the readiness to adjust to newer technologies is a must.
Salary Range Transparency

India 2,920,000 - 4,380,000 INR per year
