Ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees in coordination with payroll consultants, as well as related query resolutions
Accounting and analysis of payroll related costs
Managing payroll related compliances as per local statutes
Accounting of cost in SAP and treatment of applicable taxes
Accounting of appropriate cost provisions
Reconciling data as per the systems, banks and employee records
Managing payroll related compliances as per local statutory requirements
Assist in analysis and variance reporting. Identifying key reasons for deviations.
Preparation of monthly analysis reports
Coordinating with stakeholders like auditors, other finance teams for data requirements
Participating in change initiatives including automations through user testing, providing inputs to improve the controls and efficiency in the process
