Sr. Account Executive - CHA

Role & responsibilities: 1. Responsible for doing Bank reconciliation and preparing Bank reconciliation statement. 2. Responsible for coordinating with various branch offices on PAN INDIA basis wherein CHA activities are being carried out on day to day basis. 3. Responsible for preparing and reviewing various MIS including Monthly income statement as per the requirement of Management. 4. Responsible for all purchase, sales and other journal entries in accounting software. 5. Responsible for preparing data for filling GSTR 3B & R1. 6. Responsible for making SOA for payment follow-up. 7. Responsible for maintaining the Ageing report of the outstanding statement to ensure timely recovery. 8. Assist the account finalization team for timely GST & TDS filing. +. Responsible for attending audits independently in all aspects. 10. Leading, handing and guiding the accounting team of the CHA department. Preferred Candidate profile: 1. Candidate should have a in-depth knowledge of accounting principles. 2. Candidate should have a proven experience of leading the team of minimum4 to 5 members in his previous tenure. 3. A candidate from Supply chain logistics and CHA field will have an added advantage in the selection process. 4. A responsible individual should demonstrate a thorough understanding of the subject matter, displaying a holistic grasp of key concepts and the ability to fulfill the accounting tasks with diligence and accountability. 5.
