Sr. Accountant

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. This role involves cleaning and correcting accounting records, fixing bookkeeping errors, We are looking for someone who can take care of our Accounts and Finance division at Rajasthan Studio. Preferably someone from Mumbai. Assist in preparing and supporting audits, if needed. Someone who has the passion for book keeping and documentation and understand what it takes to work in a startup ecosystem. Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare, examine and analyse accounting records including journal entries, financial statements, and other financial reports GST Filling & Taxation Part. Administering payrolls and controlling income and expenditure. Preparing accounts and tax returns. Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts. Develop, maintain, and analyse budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities. Survey operations to ascertain accounting needs and to recommend, develop, and maintain solutions. Advise management on issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts. Payment to artists, freelancers and consultant post relevant calculations Payment of statutory dues incl calculation and documentation of GST, PF, ESIC, Gratuity etc Maintaining Asset Register and all important documents etc. Essentials: Thorough knowledge of Tally Accounting Software Expert in MS Excel / Google Sheets Should enjoy documentation data into useful reports Finalization of Accounts Taxation & GST Part Education & Skills: B. Com / M. Com Excellent organization and administrative skills with attention to detail Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices, standards and laws & regulations Thorough working knowledge of MS Office and accounting software & databases Proficiency in analyzing and manipulating huge volume of data Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): What is your current CTC?
