Experienced Associate
External AuditWhilst working as part of a team
your responsibilities will include planning
directing and completing audits
supervising staff
and reviewing financial statements and related technical accounting services
Youll work closely with partners and staff on people and client management and practice development
What Youll Be Doing Run smaller client engagements from start to finish
which includes planning
executing
directing
and completing financial audits and managing to budget Prepare or review work papers and drafts of the financial statements Youll produce client deliverables
specifically drafting reports for management review Identify
discuss and propose conclusions on technical areas of financial reporting and audit issues identified during the course of the audit Oversee aspects of audit fieldwork and completion Take an active part in the audit planning discussions to identify audit risks and devise an appropriate audit strategy Be a key client contact
providing a hands
on role that exceeds client expectations Supervise
train
and mentor interns on audit process Work with audit team to identify and resolve client issues discovered during audit process
Proactively interact with key client management to gather information
resolve audit
related problems
and make recommendations for business and process improvements
Gain comprehensive understanding of client operations
processes
and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements
Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis
