Sr.Accounts Executive

Position: Senior Executive – Accounts Experience: 2-5 years Department: Accounts & Finance Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Executive in the Accounts Team to join our dynamic finance department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and operational efficiency, with the ability to lead projects and manage complex financial tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records and the smooth operation of the accounts team. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payments. Reconciliation: Perform regular bank and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Taxation & Compliance: Assist with tax filings, regulatory compliance, and audits, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations. Internal Controls: Ensure robust internal controls are in place and continually assess operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the accounting department to enhance productivity and accuracy. Month-End & Year-End Closures: Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Key Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and the ability to solve complex financial issues. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying financial issues and implementing effective solutions.
