We sell on Amazon and other international leading portals globally having presence in India, Dubai, USA & Saudi Arabia.

Required 2-4 years of Experience in Accounts & Finance.
Key Deliverable : Day to day accounting, Accounts Finalization, Tally, MIS Reports, Inventory/Stock Mgt., Team Handling
Tally / Reconcile Books Inventory with Physical Inventory at all times. Books of Account must be reconciliated and any mismatch must be followed up with respective team. Tracker and books of account must be updated.
Daily checking stocks for short/ excess inventory (Current)
Checking with inventory file for excess inventory (Current)
Purchase SKU checking for inventory sales
Inventory reco with tracker after all negative stock reconciliation
Inventory file reconciliation with Ops
Missing Inventory details check
Return \ Cancel orders details check in inventory tracker on a daily basis
JIT sale \ Purchase & local purchases track on a daily basis
Retail purchases from India check and verify with invoice
Old and new SKU mapping
Consignment Purchase SKU to be check and update at time of sales
Return \ Cancel orders refund checking and follow up with Ops
Checking multiple SKU in one order at time of sales & purchase
Coordination with Ops for time to time basis for trackers being updated accurately
Negative stock checking (Backlog)
Working : Monday to Saturday
Shift Hours : Standard 8 .5 hours shift including lunch. Reporting time is Flexi
Deduction: Only PT
Joining: Immediate Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
