Sr Account Officer
Job Profile: Accounts OfficerKey Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Maintain and oversee daily financial transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to ensure financial stability.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts.
Compliance and Auditing:
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, GST filings, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to queries from auditors.
Budgeting and Reporting:
Develop budgets and monitor expenses against allocated budgets.
Generate periodic financial reports and present them to senior management.
Payroll Management:
Process employee salaries, bonuses, and reimbursements.
Handle PF, ESI, and other employee-related statutory compliance.
Banking and Reconciliations:
Manage bank accounts, perform reconciliations, and maintain records of transactions.
Handle loans, advances, and investment management.
Data Management and Software Use:
Use accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems to manage accounts.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
