Job Title: Sr. Executive Accounts & Finance
Job Location: Thane
Salary: up to 5 Lacs PA
Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced candidates with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for audit, accounting, management of MIS P&L reports, excel proficiency, and a strong understanding of compliance matters such as GST and TDS.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, including Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
Utilize advanced Excel skills to streamline financial reporting and analysis processes.
Stay up-to-date with and ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST and TDS.
Prepare and file accurate tax returns and maintain proper records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, accounting, and compliance, to ensure cohesive financial operations.
Maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
Assist in internal and external audits as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
Familiarity with compliance regulations such as GST and TDS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
