Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Executive - Accounts & Finance (CA) located in Ahmedabad. The Sr. Executive will handle various tasks including managing financial statements, overseeing account management, ensuring compliance with Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations, and supporting sales activities. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, conducting financial analysis, and providing strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in managing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Analysis.
• Experience in Account Management and overseeing financial transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations and compliance.
• Understanding of financial aspects related to Sales and supporting sales activities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Requirements:
• Qualified CA with 1-2 years of relevant post-internship experience
• Experience in Manufacturing or Large Trading Companies is a must
• Proficient in Tally and ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of Taxation (Direct & Indirect) and Costing principles
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
• Experience in team handling and a proactive approach toward team building
Technical Skills:
• Solid grounding in accounting standards, GST, Income Tax, and financial reporting
• Experience with data mining, financial analysis, and MIS reporting
• Strong command of audit procedures, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation
