Job Description
• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, including transactions, cash management, banking, payroll, and vendor management.
• Manage revenue recording, payroll, and vendor relations.
• Design and maintain the company's MIS system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely completion of legal compliances and annual audits by coordinating with auditors.
• Create and monitor department budgets, forecast financials, and track variances.
• Implement budgetary controls, ensuring no revenue or cost leakage.
• Prepare and manage monthly and weekly cash flow.
• Handle treasury and banking activities to secure the best finance options within the company's risk profile.
• Provide monthly performance reports to management and investors.
• Address investor queries and manage recurring reports.
• Manage accounts, process invoices, and ensure compliance with indirect tax laws (including GST).
• Reconcile bank statements and payment gateways with books.
• Perform ad hoc tasks, including generating reports.
Skills & Abilities
• Practical knowledge of GST Law, Income Tax Law, and ROC Compliances.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment.
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, and regulations.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
• Ability to work within deadlines and take responsibility for task completion.
Qualifications
• Degree: BCom, MCom
• Experience: 2-3 years
