Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in scaling user acquisition, retention, and revenue through data-driven and performance-led strategies. In this role, you will take ownership of multiple growth channels—both paid and organic—and help us build repeatable and scalable marketing engines.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including category, content, performance, product, design, and tech, to drive measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the growth funnel: traffic acquisition → conversion → retention.
• Plan and execute high-ROI acquisition campaigns across SEO, SEM, Meta, Google, influencers, and affiliate channels.
• Identify growth levers through data analysis and user behavior tracking.
• Conduct rigorous A/B tests across ads, landing pages, pricing, and messaging.
• Work with product and tech teams to streamline the user journey and reduce friction points.
• Monitor and optimize key metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention, and churn.
• Launch and scale new growth initiatives including referral programs, community campaigns, and partnerships.
• Regularly analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to stay ahead.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in travel, consumer internet, e-commerce, or D2C.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and basic SQL is a plus.
• Proven ability to run and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and affiliate networks.
• Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• A strong creative sense and bias toward testing, execution, and experimentation.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
