Our client is a growing property management organization strengthening its corporate accounting function to support recent property acquisitions, expanding operations, and long-term team growth.
Job Title: Sr. Property Accountant
Job Location: Englewood, NJ - 100% on-site.
Job Type & Length: 5-6 month contract
Pay Rate: $55/hr.-$70/hr.
Start Date: ASAP
Must Have:
• 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience
• Experience working with Yardi
• Real Estate/Property Management Accounting experience
• Expertise with Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Sumifs)

What You’ll Do
● Manage full-cycle GL accounting for assigned real estate properties.
● Prepare and maintain balance sheets and income statements for assigned properties.
● Perform account reconciliations and financial analysis to ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
● Utilize advanced Excel skills to support financial tracking, reconciliations, and reporting.
Must Have:
• 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience
• Experience working with Yardi
• Real Estate/Property Management Accounting experience
• Expertise with Excel (V-lookups, Pivot Tables, Sumifs)
