Creative Financial Staffing has been exclusively retained by a Massachusetts-based nonprofit to identify a Staff Accountant to join their team. This role is located in Peabody, MA.

The Staff Accountant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Prepare and post selected journal entries.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and/or supporting schedules for selected general ledger accounts.
• Perform Monthly, Quarterly, Annual reconciliations and review of various Balance Sheet Accounts
• Prepare documentation for internal and external financial reporting.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong analytical skills and desire to learn.
