Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a growing service company located south of Boston to identify a Staff Accountant.

• Our client is a $130M Construction/Contracting company located in Weymouth/Hingham area.

The Staff Accountant’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Prepare and process Accounts Payable and post related entries
• Reconcile credit card charges to statements
• Reconcile select bank accounts
• Prepare billing invoices
• Submit lien waivers
• Set up new jobs in the system
• Assist the Controller with month-end close responsibilities

Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree preferred
• Recent grad with accounting/finance degree or 1-2 years of experience
• Sage/Timberline experience highly desirable.
