Title: Staff Accountant / AP

Location: Downtown
Working Environment: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office)
Compensation: 65,000-70,000
A client of LHH is looking to add a staff accountant to their growing team. You might be a good fit for this position if you have a solid knowledge of accounts payable, bank transactions, and month-end close. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or Economics
• 2-5 years of Accounts payable experience
• Financial service industry experience or similar industry
Responsibilities:
• Performing recurring AP
• Invoice distribution
• Initiating bank transactions
• Pay submissions
• Invoice custody
• Payment posting and applications
• Month-end close journal entries
• Bank account reconciliations
• Account analysis
