This is a permanent, full-time position that will be domiciled at our Northwest Austin office on a Hybrid schedule.
Zinda Law Group is looking for a detail oriented and analytical Staff Accountant to join our firm! As a Staff Accountant, your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be integral to the continued success and growth of the firm.

As a Staff Accountant, you will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s financial operations. Your core responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the preparation and management of annual budgets
Handling all accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice approvals and coding
Reconciling bank accounts and ensuring financial accuracy
Processing payroll and preparing payroll reports
Conducting regular bank deposits and maintaining accurate transaction records
Generating detailed financial reports to support business decisions
Ensuring all financial activity complies with internal policies and budgetary constraints
Qualifications:
3+ years of Accounting or Bookkeeping experience
Strong experience with Microsoft Excel
Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits:
