Job Description
As a Staffing Account Manager at Freedom Consulting Inc., you will be responsible for owning, growing, and managing client accounts within the ERP ecosystem.
• Client Relationship & Account Growth:
• Own and manage assigned client portfolios across India & APAC
• Build strong stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Procurement, Vendor Partners, Delivery Leads)
• Requirement Management:
• Receive, analyse, and qualify ERP staffing requirements (SAP modules, Salesforce clouds, Microsoft D365 roles)
• Sales & Revenue Ownership:
• Own revenue, margins, NFI, and fulfilment targets for each account
• Delivery Coordination:
• Work closely with recruitment managers and delivery leads to ensure timely submission of profiles
• Governance & Reporting:
• Maintain real-time updates in CRM/ATS
