Job Description:

We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing remote sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, have a knack for persuasion, and enjoy working in a goal-oriented environment — all from the comfort of their home.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote company products
Manage inbound inquiries and address customer questions or concerns
Convert leads into confirmed sales
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using CRM tools
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships
Requirements:

Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or a sales environment is preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English knowledge of Telugu is a plus
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
Basic computer proficiency is essential
Must own a laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection
A quiet and professional home workspace is required
Fluency in Telugu is an added advantage
