Specifics of the position are:
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing activities, month-end accruals, account
reconciliations, reconciliation of US GAAP books to local books, trend analysis, forecasts, cash
flows, preparation of schedules and statements for local statutory audits
• Ensure timely review and supervise the activities perform by BPO team Support Tax Audits, Return filings, Assessments and litigation with applicable financial data and manage overall financial reporting and Audit requirements
• Responsible for all data collection related to overall reporting requirements for the India Statutory Audits
• Responsible for Internal Control activities for Local and Corporate Financial Reporting process assigned. Participate and support internal and external audits
• Coordinate / Maintain Corporate legal documentation (like board resolution, shareholder meeting minutes, Statutory Audit Report filing...)
• Ensure that any new developments in US GAAP or Internal Corporate Accounting policies and procedures are properly applied
• Ensure accounting data complies with US GAAP and local GAAP reporting and promote correct usage of accounts
• Support continuous improvement projects, initiatives for finance processes and master data maintenance
• Liaise with other functions and businesses for any specific requirements including application or development of internal processes
• Should have working experience with BPO and Shared service centers
Additional Job Description - Required Skills / Abilities
India Chartered Accountant qualification (Inter or Final)
3-5 years of experience in Statutory accounting and knowledge of India local GAAPs
Must have experience with SAP and One Stream
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to explain analytics-driven findings to finance and business and Audit team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-directed and accountable, able to deliver results within tight deadlines
