Job Description
Planning
• Participation during stock/asset plan in coordination with a multidisciplinary teams from various projects.
• To adhere to established plans and to be aware of any discrepancies and to ******** to all teammates regarding changes in the plan if any.
Minimum Stock Level
• Implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
Evaluate old and new inventory to ensure it's in good condition as per the highest standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
• Document daily incoming and disbursements of stock to update inventory.
Handling of Incoming and Disbursements of Material
• Perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems.
• Order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus as per plans
• A regular physical check and count / reconciling of stocks with data
• Return any faulty items / not in condition items
• Verification of the items for quality, quantity as per plans, purchase invoice, and bills
Store Management ● Planning effective storage plans
• To ensure all stores and stocked cupboards are in good clean, safe and presentable condition as per quality standards.
• Facilitating stores audit and inspections
Documentation and Software
• To maintain both online / offline inventory registers like (Grocery / Medicine /Education / Hygiene / Clothes / Stationary / Educational Material etc).
• Keeping all assets in good condition with regular services as required
Purchase
• To Analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals.
• To procure quotations as per rules / formats of the organization
• Raising purchase indents as per plans
• Follow-ups on purchase status indent to maintain minimum stock or procure of items on early basis.
• Presenting purchase bills after verification to accounts team for payments.
• After verification of items to arrange the shifting of purchased material to respective storage facility
Reporting
• Prepare Monthly reports (Consumption/Stock levels/Purchase) for team about different stocks levels and needs in the month.
• Prepare weekly 'items of needs' list for donors to donate the same to the organization.
• At any point of time physical and system stock should match
• Effective storage of material in stores as per plan
• Identification of products and containers in stores
• Generate stock audit by the month end
• Establish a daily/weekly/monthly audit process.
• Publish month end consumption of R&D materials
Accounting:
• To maintain books and ledger registers / Record Keeping
• Proficient in handling computers
• Data Entry in ERP / Software
• To assist Superintendent in managerial requirements like Repairs and Accounts
Administration
• To take up administrative responsibilities as handed over by the management
Educational Qualification, Skills and Experience
• B.
COM / M.COM with minimum 2 years of experience.
• Fluent in Marathi, Hindi and English both verbal and written.
• Good handwriting skills
• Self-starter and motivated works in pressure with minimum supervision
• Must possess excellent organizational, communication and planning skills
• Ability to understand data and data analysis
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel / Computer skills
• Ability to interact with different people of different positions and positive attitude
• Multi-tasking and quick turnaround time
• Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines, and independently as well as in a team.
• Understanding of work ethics and values

CTC based on qualifications and experience / Medical Insurance post probation period.
