Store IN charge Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Store Asst. Experience: 5 to 8 Years
To receive the materials supplied by the vendor as per the purchase order placed by the Purchase Department.
To check the materials thoroughly for quality, quantity, specification condition, condition etc.
To categories the materials categories and stock in the appropriate locations.
To take appropriate action for care and preservation of the materials.
Periodical stock verification and ensure correctness of stock at all times.
To take safety measure for the safely by store house, materials and men working in store.
To maintain the neat and tidiness of store house.
To issue materials to the departments as per the indents.
To issue materials to departments as per the schedule.
To pass the bills of the materials received from vendor and send it to Accounts department for payment.
To carry out periodical condemnation board for the unserviceable materials.
To take action for disposal of scraps materials as per the procedure.
To maintain all the documents up to data.
Generate reports and submit to concerted authorities.
To attend audit by the auditors.
Accountant
Experience: 12 to 15 Years
Asst. Accountant
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Collaborating with the project manager to develop a detailed, cost-effective budget for the project.
Performing accounting duties throughout the project, such as preparing invoices, estimating cash flow, and signing off on purchase orders.
Analyzing all transactions and working unforeseen costs into the budget.
Keeping a record of all project finances for internal/external auditing and tax purposes.
Preparing cost analyses by interpreting projects' financial data and information.
Reporting any financial risks and budgetary discrepancies to management for review.
Researching market trends and projecting construction-related price increases/decreases.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Keeping abreast with both the construction and accounting industry.
Admin Officer
Experience:
Acts as a liaison and coordinates administrative activities between field management, other departments, customers, vendors, subcontractors, and other parties including regulatory and municipal/state agencies.
Establishes and maintains basic project control logs.
Reviews and enters data from timesheets and daily tickets for job cost tracking. Saves and maintains data in company system.
Aids estimating team as needed including potential bid opportunities and bid preparation.
Assists safety team in administration duties.
Assists payroll department with data entry and reporting.
Interacts in person, via phone and correspondence with Project Team members, Client/Owners, owner’s representatives, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and regulatory and municipal entities to request or provide information.
Additional duties as assigned.
