KEY DELIVERABLES FOR STORE ACCOUNTANT.

Generating and tracking Performa invoice
Track payment received from customers, ensure these are knocked against customers correctly in system
Issue of PO against customer order on vendor
Issue of invoice and generate e way bill for dispatch to customer
Regular reporting and follow up of pending customer receipts
Accounting for store expenses and reimbursement of cash expenses
Reconciliation of customer account
Participate in budgeting activity, prepare projections for business extension to multiple stores.
Key player in the ERP and e commerce implementation team in organisation.
Ensure accurate deduction, timely deposit and submission of returns for various statutory dues such as TDS, GST
Regular reconciliation of vendor accounts
Monthly payroll computation, incentive calculation, processing all vendor payments
Liaison with internal and external auditors
Assist in preparation of annual accounts
