Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Site Store cum Accountant for our construction project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing site store inventory, maintaining records of materials, and handling basic accounting entries using ERP and computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Management
· Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials at the site store.
· Verify and record material received from vendors as per delivery challan and purchase order.
· Issue materials to site staff as per requirement and maintain issue registers.
· Maintain stock registers and ensure proper inventory control.
· Conduct periodic physical stock verification and report discrepancies.
· Coordinate with the purchase and site team regarding material requirements.
Accounting & Documentation
· Maintain basic accounting records related to site expenses and material purchases.
· Enter purchase, stock, and expense details in the ERP system.
· Maintain bills, invoices, GRNs, and other accounting documents properly.
· Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and expense reports for management.
· Assist in verification of vendor bills and site expenses.
System & Coordination
· Use ERP software for inventory and accounting entries.
· Maintain records in Excel and other basic computer systems.
· Coordinate with head office accounts and purchase department for documentation and approvals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–3 years of experience in construction site store or accounting work.
· Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
· Knowledge of store inventory management and basic accounting.
· Good record-keeping and documentation skills.
· Ability to work at project sites.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
Educational Qualification
· Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or any relevant field preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
