Job Description
Responsible for inwarding the material from the supplier.
• Responsible for dispatch planning and invoicing the material to the market dealers.
• Responsible for the book keeping in the depots- voucher, journal and bank entries.
• Responsible for Bank reconciliation, H.O accounts reconciliation, stock transfer and inter branch reconciliation.
• Responsible for Sales Tax compliance i.e. tax calculations n submission of monthly returns.
• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of the depot stock.
• Submission of daily and monthly reports related to operations.
• Responsible for the general administrative work of the depot
