Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management & Customer Success: Primary relationship ownership, procurement process consultation, platform adoption and value realization, customer health monitoring, and advisory services.
• Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth: Meeting/exceeding annual revenue targets through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and account expansions along with new client acquisitions.
• Operational Excellence & Account Management: Overseeing purchase order generation, invoice processing, timely payment collections, systematic follow-up processes, relationship building, and account expansion strategy.
• Strategic Collaboration & Market Intelligence: Cross-functional collaboration, market insights, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, market trends, industry networking, and referral networks.
Key Requirements:
• Educational and Professional Background: Bachelor's degree in material management or supply chain management or engineering or related fields (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of enterprise B2B sales or KAM experience with proven track record in revenue generation (-1+ Cr annual sales preferred).
• Domain Expertise (Highly Preferred): End-to-end procurement knowledge, manufacturing industry experience, ERP integration understanding, financial acumen, sales & relationship management skills, technical & operational capabilities, and personal attributes.
