Laundry Town Canada is not just a laundromat; we are a tech-enabled logistics partner for businesses across the GTA. We are currently in a high-growth phase and are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Lead to spearhead our expansion into the Property Management and B2B sectors.
This is a performance-based, 100% commission partnership designed for a high-level closer who wants to build a significant book of business. We provide the infrastructure and elite service; you provide the vision and the relationships.
Work Location & Schedule:
Design Your Own Hours: You have full autonomy over your calendar. Whether you prefer early morning networking or afternoon site visits, you manage your time for maximum impact.
Field-Based (North York): While administrative work can be done remotely, this is a "boots on the ground" role. Success requires regular on-site visits to Property Management offices, condo lobbies, and commercial businesses within the North York / GTA area.
What You’ll Do:
Architect Partnerships: Identify and secure long-term agreements with Property Management firms, Condo Boards, and REITs to integrate Laundry Town as a premium resident amenity.
Commercial Outreach: Target and sign high-volume accounts including luxury spas, boutique hotels, athletic clubs, and corporate facilities.
Consultative Selling: Act as a strategic advisor to Property Managers, demonstrating how our off-site laundry solutions reduce their on-site utility costs, maintenance headaches, and staffing liabilities.
Market Expansion: Be the face of the brand in the field, conducting site visits and "boots on the ground" networking to unlock multi-unit opportunities.
