Substitute Teacher

Full job description
We’re hiring flexible, motivated substitute teachers to work in K-12 schools around Doral, Miami. This is a fantastic chance to gain experience in vibrant, creative classrooms - on your schedule.

You’ll have the chance to:

Teach from prepared lesson plans in a way that excites and engages
Create an organised classroom that supports learning
Maintain order and ensure a safe, inclusive space for all
Work closely with staff to help students meet their learning goals
Be part of a diverse and energetic educational team
We’re looking for candidates who:

Arrive early and communicate clearly with school leadership
Follow school policies and complete substitute reports
Adapt quickly and use initiative in dynamic settings
Bring positivity and professionalism to the classroom
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred)
Age 21+
1+ year experience working with children in schools or youth programs
Morning availability (6:00–6:30am)
Strong instructional, behavioural, and interpersonal skills
Not essential - but Spanish-speaking capabilities an advantage
