Svami offers the most relevant range of non-alcoholic drinks for a world consumed with premium living and premium consumption.Position : Financial Controller (Start-up Beverage Company)Roles & Responsibilities :- Responsible for managing Finance for the Company. This includes :a. Maintenance of books of accountsb. Monthly reporting - both internal and investorsc. Preparation of Annual Budgets and Business Plansd. Compare actual vs plan and analyses reasons for variancee. Monitoring cash- Prepare projected P&L every quarter basis quarterly targets. Provide analytical support to the Management on regular basis.- Responsible for statutory compliances like TDS and GST; manage statutory and tax audits, coordinate with Company Secretaries as needed.- Responsible for managing Balance Sheet on monthly basis, ensure balances are reconciled at all times. Keep a keen eye on receivables and work with stakeholders on collections.- Manage relationships with investors - both existing and new. Handle investor queries on financials and performance from time to time.Desired Skill and Qualification :- CA / MBA Finance from reputed institute, with at least 4+ years of working in similar environment, preferably with an independent responsibility.- Start-up experience is preferred, though not mandatory- Sound knowledge in Accounting & MIS; and proven ability to lead the Finance function.- Strong analytical skills - ability to synthesize large amounts of data and summarize information to identify trends and risks.
