Must have experience in ERP implementation
Degree qualified in Business Management with minimum 7 years of experience.
Knowledge of practical daily operations of an accounting team
The Finance Department has introduced a new role with an immediate requirement to join the busy team in Aberdeen/Mumbai and is a permanent position.
This is a global role based out of Mumbai reporting into the Finance Director. The incumbent should be very smart with strong basic accounting principles knowledge to be applied in to ERP. The role demands supporting Enermech’s Global ERP system (NAV 200+) and various other softwares with a focus on ensuring that financial results are accurate.
Main responsibilities include:
Support the ERP team in day to day finance related issues raised in the IT ticketing system Connectwise
Assist with maintaining, building and scheduling Finance related JET reports
Assist with data extract requests as and when required
Review system development requests taking into consideration the potential impact on the financial results
Develop training videos to support and enhance the current materials available
Plan and deliver Finance training as and when required
Maintain the Group Financial Authority Matrix ensuring that NAV is kept in alignment
Maintain the new Business Forecasting Tool and support any queries/issues raised.
Requirements
Degree qualified in Business Management with minimum 7 years of experience.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and how to apply this in an ERP system
Must have previous experience in a financial role in a medium sized business with a strong interest in understanding the background workings of systems and have had past experience of ERP deployments.
You will hold a wide knowledge of practical daily operations of an accounting team and have worked at an in depth level with previous systems.
You will be open to assisting in improving any processes you deem necessary.
You will have experience working with integrated ERP business management systems and be proficient in the use of Microsoft excel.
You will be used to working to tight deadlines and having a busy workload, through this having good time management skills.
Active participation in implementation of ERP
Well versed in Business Analytics and forecasting
Must have commercial Acumen
Must be a self-starter, take initiative
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suites, Navision, ERP
Must have experience in ERP implementation
Ability to communicate well within the organization and report quickly when data is either inaccurate or not available
Ability to analyze the data to determine trends in countries and/or business lines and put together reports needed for the weekly and monthly reviews
High level of accuracy and attention to details with swift execution
Ability to manage competing demands and deadlines
Strong analytical and critical thinking
Excellent communication skills in English - written and verbal
