Company Overview: Rao Space is a home interior company that provides innovative and high-quality interior solutions to customers. We are currently seeking a Tally Accountant to join our team and help manage our financial records and inventory procurement using the Tally software.
Job Overview: The Tally Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the financial records of Rao Space using the Tally software, as well as managing inventory procurement. They will be responsible for recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data to provide insights to management, and managing the procurement of inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
•Accurately record financial transactions in Tally software
•Manage accounts payable and receivable
•Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
•Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
•Analyze financial data and provide insights to management
•Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial records
•Procure inventory to maintain adequate stock levels
•Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations to management regarding inventory optimization
•Maintain knowledge of current accounting regulations and standards
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
•Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Tally accountant
•Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
•Proficiency in using Tally software
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Strong communication and collaboration skills
