Seeking a meticulous Accountant-Tax
Responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance

Responsibilities
• Bank Entries Verification: Scrutinize all bank transactions for accuracy
• Petty Cash Management: Verify and reconcile petty cash entries
• EXIM Currency Management: Handle EXIM currency fluctuations and claim entries
• ERP and Tally Comparison: Perform weekly ERP vs. Tally comparisons
• Advance Payments and Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile advance payments
• TDS Statement Preparation: Prepare TDS statements and manage EGMI/MMR payments
• PT Payment Processing: Process PT payments for EGMI/MMR
• Bank Interest Calculation: Calculate bank interest for TL, CC, PCL, EXIM, and Drip int
• Directors' Loan Interest Statement: Compile directors' loan interest statements
• Debtors and Creditors Statements: Prepare age wise debtor and creditor statements
• Bank Stock and QIS Statements: Timely preparation of bank stock and QIS statements
• Board Resolutions: Update final board resolutions
• EXIM Entry Verification: Cross-verify EXIM entries with the department
• Bank Statement Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements
• Hedging Entry Updates: Keep hedging entries aligned with strategies
• Related Party Transactions: Analyze related party transactions
• Ledger Confirmation Statements: Send ledger confirmation statements
• Party Balance Confirmation Report: Generate party balance confirmation reports
• 26AS Reconciliation: Reconcile 26AS with the ledger for EGMI
• Advance Tax Planning: Contribute to advance tax planning
• MSME and DPT3 Filing: Prepare and file MSME and DPT3 documents
• IT Document Submission: Submit necessary IT documents
• Directors' KYC Details: Keep directors' KYC details updated
• Statutory Audit Query Updates: Address queries related to statutory audits
• GST Investigation Support: Assist in GST investigation-related tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional certification is a plus
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of financial regulations
