• Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting or Taxation
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tax compliance or advisory/consulting with state and local tax experience
• Possess passion for developing client relationships and building new skills
Responsibilities
• Conduct research and analysis on M&A tax advisory issues
• Use tax technical knowledge to perform buy- and sell-side due diligence and assist in developing tax-efficient acquisition structures
• Develop reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met
