Tax Senior / Manager – Hybrid | Houston, TX
Mid-Sized CPA Firm | 3 Days In-Office / 2 Days Remote

What You’ll Do:
Review and prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
Provide proactive tax planning and advisory services to clients
Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff
Maintain strong client relationships and handle client communication directly
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Assist in research projects and stay up to date on tax law changes
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
CPA license (or actively pursuing)
5+ years of experience in public accounting
Strong technical tax knowledge and review experience
Prior experience managing staff and client relationships
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
