Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities • Personal and reporting teams responsibility for making decisions in both simple and complex issues within given timelines. • Nurtures trusting relationships across the organization, facilitates agreement and connecting on day to day work Core Responsibilities • Financial / productivity achievements in terms of total revenue generation net fee and top line impact on business portfolio • Meet and service trade finance related requirements of clients by liaising with operations/Product. • Cross sell of trade /treasury products to existing customers • Focused & quality client engagement in the form of client meetings with NTB/Existing customer base and to scope for business development opportunities within the portfolio • Acquisition of new to bank clients with a focus to grow the Trade finance along with the SE/ME team in respective geographies through focused industry approach • To manage the sales for the suite of Trade Finance products related across the spectrum of Bank’s clients in a select location / region Minimum Qualifications Post-Graduation MBA/CA/ Trade Certifications like CDCS/CAIIB etc Years Of Experience 5-10 years of relevant experience Nature of Experience Relevant Experience in Trade Finance with working knowledge of Trade Asset/Treasury Technical Competencies The candidate should have good working knowledge of Trade products with in-depth understanding of FEMA/ICC guidelines
