Role Overview
The Tech Implementation Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end deployment, integration, and adoption of legal technology for law firms and in-house legal teams, acting as the single point of coordination across clients, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver measurable workflow improvements and ROI.
This role blends hands-on implementation with program management, change enablement, and vendor management across CLM, matter management, e-billing tools, intake workflow automation, CRM / marketing automation, AI assistants / chatbots, websites, and analytics.

Who can :
• Run legal ops assessments, map intake-to-resolution workflows, and review current tech stack to define target architecture and phased roadmap.
• Translate legal / business needs into functional and technical requirements, including privacy, security, and data governance.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations, RFPs, demos / POCs, and TCO / ROI analysis; recommend fit-for-purpose solutions for legal.
• Own and lead vendor coordination, SOW alignment, delivery milestones, and risk / issue logs to keep scope, budget, and quality on track.
• Plan and deliver training, playbooks, how‑to guides, release notes; run UAT and hypercare with a very non-techie approach.
• Lead website-related initiatives, vendor coordination, analytics, conversion funnels, and integration of lead intake, CRM, marketing automation, and AI / chatbots to support BD and client intake.
Who fits best?
Someone with :
• 3–7 years in legal technology, legal operations, consulting, or product / implementation roles; proven delivery across at least two domains (CLM, matter / e‑billing, DMS / knowledge, intake / triage, workflow automation, CRM / marketing automation, AI / chatbots).
• Experience in vendor and stakeholder management from discovery-to-deployment phase.
• Technical fluency is a MUST with Low / no-code workflow tools, data models, APIs / integrations, and dashboarding fundamentals.
• Familiarity with legal data privacy / confidentiality, access controls, and retention.
• Excellent facilitation, training, and change enablement; ability to translate between legal, business, and technical stakeholders (a MUST).
• Someone available to join within next two months will be preferred.
• Law degree or experience in dealing with the lawyers will be an add on.
