Role & Responsibilities
• Implementation of Underwriting and Risk Selection strategy across regions.
• Drafting of motor underwriting guidelines to align with budgeted Loss ratio and setting up of operation process
• Have thorough understanding in technical motor underwriting and system process flow
• Provides technical training and mentoring to less experienced Underwriting colleagues as well as Sales Representatives
• Collaborating with IT team for system enhancement resulting in smooth process
