Tele-Neurologist – Flexible, Remote, Asynchronous Role

Are you a neurologist looking for flexible, remote work that fits around your existing commitments?

We are seeking a neurologist (FRACP, AHPRA unrestricted) to join an innovative asynchronous care model providing timely neurological input to patients across Australia. The role is entirely asynchronous and remote—no direct patient contact is required. You’ll review structured case summaries for non-urgent presentations such as headache, cervical or lumbar spine pain, peripheral vertigo/dizziness, neuropathic symptoms, and abnormal imaging findings.

How it works:

You’ll review concise, structured cases prepared by a referring doctor (including history, imaging, pathology, and initial management).
Provide your clinical recommendations.
The referring doctor handles all patient communication and follow-up.

Established processes and infrastructure to support efficient case reviews.
We are doctor-led and review every patient via phone or video call—never by text only.
We have successfully implemented this model with Endocrinologists and are now expanding to Neurology as part of our commitment to high-quality care.
Requirements:

FRACP (Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians – Neurology).
Unrestricted AHPRA registration.
Interest in exploring innovative, collaborative models of care.
