Location Information

This home-based position and preferably based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

Discover Impactful Work:
Performs remote activities on assigned projects. Provides support with regards to site preparedness, logistical support to the monitoring process, and assists with assigned tasks for site management and remote monitoring.

A day in the Life:
Completes study and site management activities for study assigned.
Provides support during pre-study assessments and with pre-study assessment waivers.
Verifies document collection and submission status
Reviews patient facing materials and review translations.
Supports site staff with the vendor related qualification process, where applicable.
Supports maintenance of vendor trackers.
Coordinates study/site supply management during pre-activation and subsequent course of the study.
Supports Essential Document collection, review and updating in systems.
Keys to Success:
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Experience
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 0 to 2 years).
Therapeutic experience in oncology preferred
Phase I experience advantageous
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Basic medical/therapeutic area knowledge and understanding of medical terminology
Ability to attain and maintain a solid understanding of ICH GCP, applicable regulations
Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Proven flexibility and adaptability
Ability to work in a team or independently
Well-developed critical thinking skills: root cause analysis and problem solving
Proficient digital literacy and ability to learn and use appropriate software
Excellent English language and grammar skills
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable manner.
Able to work upright and stationary for typical working hours.
Able to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency.
Able to perform successfully while prioritizing and handling multiple projects or activities.
