Job description, work day and responsibilities

Responsibilities - Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts - Answer questions about products or the company - Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales - Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed - Enter and update customer information in the database - Take and process orders in an accurate manner - Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation - Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales - Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Requirements and skills - - Excellent knowledge of English - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints - Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems - Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Contact person - HR - ++1-XXXXXXXXXX Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Freelance Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,6+3.71 per month Benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Internet reimbursement - Leave encashment Schedule: - Day shift - Fixed shift - Flexible shift - Monday to Friday - Morning shift Supplemental pay types: - Commission pay - Joining bonus - Overtime pay - Performance bonus - Quarterly bonus - Shift allowance - Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: - Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Education: - Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred) Experience: - Technical support: 1 year (preferred) - tele sales: 1 year (preferred) - total work: 1 year (preferred) Language: - Hindi (preferred) - English (preferred
