Position Overview
We seek a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with potential leads. This role is critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring a seamless booking experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Calls: Address customer queries, provide product/service details, and assist with bookings or complaints.
Outbound Calls: Follow up with leads, confirm bookings, and re-engage with customers for feedback or offers.
Maintain a courteous and professional tone during all interactions.
Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
Promote offers, discounts, and USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) to prospective customers.
Adhere to call scripts while personalizing conversations to enhance customer engagement.
Meet daily/weekly calls and performance targets.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
Strong listening skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is an advantage.
Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a team player mindset.
