Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Documentation & Compliance:
• Prepare and verify Bill of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and other export/import documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, tariff classifications, and trade laws.
• Liaise with customs brokers and relevant authorities for timely clearances.
• Shipment Coordination:
• Manage logistics and shipment schedules, ensuring smooth transport via air, sea, and road.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping companies for cost-effective solutions.
• Vendor & Client Communication:
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to update shipment status and resolve any issues.
• Cost Management:
• Negotiate shipping rates, optimize costs, and prepare cost sheets for all shipments.
• Reporting & Record-Keeping:
• Maintain accurate records of all import/export documents and prepare regular reports on shipments.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in import-export operations and documentation.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping documentation, and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our admissions team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective students, guiding them through the admission process, and closing sales to meet enrollment targets. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be crucial in converting leads into enrolled students.
1. Counseling parents and students about various career options available in universities.
2. Making outbound and cold calls, as well as handling admission inquiries.
3. Maintaining conversation records on provided CRM.
4. Develop innovative communication strategies and enrollment plans in coordination with senior management to attract and enroll more students.
5. Managing the end-to-end admission process and facilitating enrollment.
6. Resolving queries of students and parents related to courses and the admission process.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
3. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
4. Enthusiastic with a positive attitude.
5. Proficiency in English and Hindi.
