Territory Sales Manager

Purpose :

Implement strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales and improve market share of Industrial Brands and Starlite Mattress on sustainable basis while maintaining customer relationships.

Key Activities :

PROFITABLE GROWTH :
• Prepare territory plan for Comfort Foam & Starlite Mattress.
• Facilitate ZDs/ Ads / Dealers to achieve their sales target.
• Prospect Institutions and convert them into Customers.
• ​​​​​Help in implementation & adherence to national procedures policies.
• ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Update HOD on competitor's activities..
​​​​​​​MARKET DEVELOPMENT & PENETRATION
• ​​​​​​​Implement BTL activities in assigned territory.
• Implement plans for expansion and management of dealers.
​​​​​​​CUSTOMER SATISFACTION :​​​​​​​
• ​​​​​​​Visit ZDs / ADs / Dealers as per plan.
• ​​​​​​​Ensure timely complaint redressal.
​​​​​​​COLLECTIONS :
• ​​​​​​​Ensure that payments are received timely from ZDs / ADs / Dealers.

• ​​​​​​​Metric Tonnes and RCV
• ​​​​​​​Impact of Schemes
• ​​​​​​​No. of prospects visited

• ​​​​​​​New dealer's appointment.
• ​​​​​​​No. of dealers / ZD/ AD's visited.

• ​​​​​​​Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.

• ​​​​​​​Establish effective relationship with Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback.
• Establish close relationship with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
• Work closely with marketing department for branding / publicity support at local level.
• Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of channel are settled within time.
• Establish effective relationships with all Service departments.
• Close relation with subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions.
