· Practical training: Undergo practical training as per the requirements of the Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) qualification, gaining hands-on experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or related areas.
· Assisting senior professionals: Support and assist senior team members in various tasks, including financial statement preparation, tax compliance, audit engagements, research, and other client-specific assignments.
· Learning and development: Actively participate in training programs and on-the-job learning opportunities to enhance technical skills, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, and develop a thorough understanding of professional standards.
· Documentation and record-keeping: Maintain accurate documentation and records of work performed, ensuring compliance with firm policies, professional ethics, and regulatory requirements.
· Collaborative teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and professionals within the firm, fostering a positive and supportive team environment while contributing to the successful completion of client engagements.
Job requirements –
· Enrollment in CA/CS course: Currently enrolled or planning to enroll in the Chartered Accountancy (CA) or Company Secretary (CS) course to pursue professional qualification in the respective field.
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles: Possess a foundational understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and basic bookkeeping practices to effectively support the work of senior team members.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to contribute to the resolution of accounting, auditing, and taxation challenges that may arise during client engagements.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Communicate effectively and professionally with team members, clients, and external stakeholders. Display strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and work collaboratively within a team.
Attention to detail and organizational skills: Exhibit a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation, record-keeping, and following firm procedures. Possess strong organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
