Your Contribution
• Development and implementation of global CIB standards in the areas technologies, applications, processes in alignment with the Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) following the overall MAHLE IT roadmap.
• Active participation in MORE Template Teams
• Develop high level solution and low level solution designs for CIBO services in compliance with given processes and methods on Business Relationship Mgmt request
• Validate new solutions (e.g. run PoCs) and create Business Cases to get the management approvals
• Manage multidisciplinary (technologies, organizations, international, multiple countries) projects regarding
• Implementation of the new technology
• Documentation required for transition to operation (e.g. service description, service specification, operational manuals)
• Transition and transform existing technologies in a global delivery model including setting up the knowledge transfer, coaching and possible trainings
• Follow the existing rules for the change processes of the technical content of the project.
• Reporting and approval gathering within MAHLE IT committee structures
• Direct control of the service-providing units and the assigned project members.
• Coordination with Service Design team to ensure new and changed services move in and out of successful operations
Your Experience And Qualification
• Strong understanding of IT processes, applications and technology
• Ability to understand technical service designs to ensure they meet acceptance criteria
• Professional experience: > 3 years
• Good knowledge of project management
• Good knowledge of service controlling and financial management for services
Good knowledge of ITIL framework
Minimum Requirements
• Language skills: Fluent in English, additional languages are welcome
• Team player (especially working with global / intercultural teams)
• Good communication skills (in writing and verbally)
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Must work well under pressure / excellent time Management / conflict Management
