Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end treasury operations including investment deployment, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity planning.
• Monitor performance of investments including equities, debt instruments, private equity, alternative investments, and real estate portfolios.
• Engage with institutional and retail investors, analysts, and market participants to ensure clear, consistent, and compliant communication on behalf of the Promoters and the listed entity.
• Oversee and ensure accurate accounting of all entities including trusts, and offshore structures.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, audit processes, and risk management frameworks for the Corporate Affairs Office.
