Job Purpose

Duties And Responsibilities
• Assist in preparation of analysis & MIS on monthly basis for Financial Reporting.
• Periodic review of critical SOPs of finance department and adherence to same and reporting non-compliance with SOPs.
• Reviewing compliance with requirement of all Ind As and carve out deviations to IndAs and report. Ensure that risks are appropriately identified, documented and reported in compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and standards. (including related party etc.).
• Review of regulatory changes e.g. RBI notifications, other regulatory guidelines with a view of identifying impact on the accounting/financial statements and implementing the same.
• Responsible for Segmental Reporting.
Required Qualifications And Experience
• Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial preparations
• Well versed with Indian Accounting Standards & RBI circulars
• MS Excel proficiency
• Analytical ability
• Positive attitude and team player
