Position: US Accountant P2P
Job Location: Wanowrie, Pune.
Shift Timings: 06:30 PM – 03:30 AM
Desired Candidate: -
6 months to 2 years of experience
We are looking for a hard-working account assistant to assist our company in purchase-to-pay, procure-to-pay is the process of requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, paying for, and accounting for services, covering the entire process from point of order right through to payment.
Must have excellent client handling skills.
Must have good communication skills.
Must have QuickBooks knowledge.
Proficient in working on computers, expertise in MS Excel and MS Power Point.
Job Responsibilities: -
Managing and maintaining P2P process – Procurement Lifecycle.
Invoicing of clients spreading all over US using QuickBooks.
Updating weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly PR worksheet, uploading in the QuickBooks and processing.
Entering and updating records of employees, vendors and outside contractors in QuickBooks including billing rates and pay rates.
Preparation and monitoring of AR Aging and AP Aging report from QuickBooks.
Preparation and processing of W-2 Forms and 10++s for employees and outside contractors.
Executing and monitoring expense reimbursements of US employees after verifying supporting receipts and necessary approvals.
Prepare monthly MIS statements and Cash Flows for all projects, customer wise and LOB wise.
Preparing monthly and annual financial statements- profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
Payroll Processing: Collecting time and timesheets from consultants and preparing payroll monthly sheets.
Responsibilities include monitoring vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and attending company meetings.
