Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Accountant to join our team at Entigrity Pvt Ltd. As a US Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients' accounting functions and ensuring compliance with US accounting standards. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications And Skills
• Inter CA, Semi-Qualified CA, or CA Dropout with 1-3 years of experience in US accounting
• Proficient in working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage
• Familiarity with US GAAP and tax regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexible to work in shifts from 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM
• Immediate joiner preferred
• Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliation, payroll, and preparation of financial statements
Roles And Responsibilities
• Handle bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accurate recording of transactions
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with US tax regulations
• Collaborate with team members to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide timely and accurate reports
• Maintain knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and stay updated with changes in accounting regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients to address accounting queries and provide expert advice
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, and Sage to perform accounting tasks efficiently
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns, including 10+0 Tax and cash flow/fund flow statements
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices for the accounting function
• Ensure compliance with Entigrity's quality standards and maintain high levels of data confidentiality
