TITLE: US Senior Accountant
LOCATION: Altimus 16th Floor, Ashram Road, Behind Sales India, Shreyas Colony, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. 38000+
WORK HOURS: 6:00 AM TO 3:00 AM IST (Monday through Friday)
About Us: iConsultera is a leading firm providing financial and accounting services. We are seeking an experienced US Accountant with expertise in QuickBooks or Xero to join our team, especially those with a background in real estate or property management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements under US GAAP.
• General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile ledger accounts.
• Closings: Month-end and year-end closing activities.
• AP & AR: Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Tax Compliance: Assist with tax filings and compliance.
• Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors during financial audits.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement accounting process improvements.
• Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years of US accounting, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with QuickBooks or Xero is required.
• Skills:
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Strong communication, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
• Team player and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
